World Missions Update

North America News

Hello this is Pastor PN from Hope International.

I just came from the North American Camp held in Malibu, California. With 181 people, it is the largest North American Camp so far. We had a good time and we can see the mission advancing.

We saw new faces including a New Yorker girl named Joan. Joan is an American trained at Hope Chiang Mai for five years. She’s got a Masters Degree in Education and has returned home to New York. With her on the team, we can start a strong group and reach out to the American people. Thank God for Joan.

We’ve started a care group in Minneapolis. We also have two guys in San Jose, close to San Francisco.

South America News



Hope Singapore has two leaders in Sao Paulo, Brazil now learning the language. San Paulo is one of the biggest cities in South America. They are going to going to touch Brazil, the biggest nation in South America.

Europe News



In Europe, they just had a Germany Festival that had more than 300 people gathering there. So, it’s a good time for the German people there. Brother Marcus is doing well. He has done a very good job.

He was an English teacher in northern Thailand at Chiang Mai. He accepted Christ at our church and we trained him up in Hope Chiang Mai, Thailand for several years. In 2000, I challenged him, asking him to go back to Germany and he responded. He was the seed to start a church in Berlin. He found a job as a taxi driver. In his job, he reached out to his passengers all the time. This enabled him to start a group. Now you can see we have groups in many cities in the whole of Germany.



We have a group of people also in Paris, France. We expect much from this group in France. So please pray for France so that there will be another European church.

Africa & Oceania News



We have a development in Africa, we have touched seven countries already. Next month we’re going to touch Malawi and other countries. So you’re going to see new countries opening up in Africa. So the work is moving so fast and in another part of the world, you’re going to see our people go to Europe, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and the Pacific Islands. So you can see the Kingdom of God is moving so please pray for our mission; it can be done!
