GLORIOUS! FIRST ABLAZE ANNIVERSARY
The night was filled with celebration and reflection over the goodness of God upon our lives and our church. As the building began to pack with so many people, car after car dropped off more young people, excited about the special occasion. High schoolers, university students and the young adults came together as food, drinks and music created a very cheery and energetic atmosphere.
We were also privileged to have Nainby make a guest appearance to coincide with the release of their first album and a European tour.
As they did during Ablaze’s first ever service, they performed a couple of their songs to entertain the crowd during fellowship time. A multimedia presentation reflected all that God has done through the past year: the community, the family, the funny moments and sometimes the ridiculous.
Worship leading at Hope Camp Video
To continue the theme of reflection and introspection, a member from the high school, university and young adults group were interviewed to share their stories about Ablaze Service and how they’ve seen God work in their lives, as well as the lives of the people around them.
On this marked occasion the Lord has truly blessed, as just one week before our anniversary our church attendance hit over 100 people.
We believe that this is reflective of the lives that have be transformed and touched as a result of stepping out in faith to impact and influence those that God has placed around us.
We thank God for blessing us with many salvations in the past year and also the many lives that have wholeheartedly committed themselves to building the local church, the hope of the world.
